What is a HomePostcard?
- A well produced 30 second online commercial with pictures, music and a professional voiceover.
How does it work?
- Register for free and purchase one credit for $80.00. (Each HomePostcard online commercial is only one credit and credits are as low as $68.00 each when your purchase them in packs of 3.)
- Tell us the details about your listing and we'll take it from there.
Who writes the voiceover script?
- You do, but we can help. We want to convey your listing as you want it. It's easier than you think. Just state your listing’s features, amenities, and why it's desirable. We can help polish it to make it fit.
Who takes the pictures?
- You do. Pictures are taken by you and sent to us using our easy form (found in the Client Area.) In some markets, we do offer a photography service. Click here for more information on our full service offering.

What does each HomePostcard Cost?
- HomePostcards are only one credit each.
- Credits range from $68.00 to $80.00 each depending on quantity and purchasing plan.
Single Credit Purchases
- Credits can be purchased one at a time for only $80.00 each.
- This is a great way to get started because you can purchase the exact number of credits you need (one for each of your listings.)
3 Pack of Credits
- If you have multiple listings, or if you just want to take advantage of discounted pricing, HomePostcard credits can be purchased for $204.00 for a pack of 3. That's only $68.00 for each HomePostcard.
- You can purchase more than one 3 pack of credits to maximize your savings.
- There is no expiration date for unused credits in your account.
